Me:  My back hurts under my shoulderblade.

Jay:  You must’ve pulled a muscle, maybe you slept on it funny.

Me:  Yep, must’ve.

Jay:  Maybe you had a dream about clowns.

Me:  Huh?

Jay:  You know, dreaming about clowns made you sleep funny.
